A LAW FIRM THAT JUST DOESN'T CARE
It is in your best interest to stay away from Kramer Law Firm. I was shocked to be robbed of over $3000 by this firm so blatenly with no remorse or resolve for a paying client. I have never been treated so poorly by a company in my life. Law firms who take advantage of people though lies and a perception of power over clients is wrong and needs to end. Please read my story below and other reviews below and protect yourself by retaining another attorney who actually cares about clients.
STEVEN KRAMER
When I brought my concerns to Mr. Kramer about me being overcharged $3k I received no resolution. I was told as a courtesy they would only refund me $1K. I explained the situation in detail and  that I had been lied to and haven't done anything wrong. I explained the hardship this puts my family in and was told they would not work with me at all. They took my money and would not give it back.

After retaining Mr. Traendly for a case I thought I would be working with him to resolve my case. Instead I had to deal with his incompetent assistant Andrianne Stark. My calls and emails were not responded to, I was lied about payments and billing and never spoke to the attorney until days before my hearing. Beyond that, after me and my family paying over $8k in lawyer fees i was told if i payed them $3k they would refund my father the $3k he paid toward my case. Once I paid them the $3k they led me on for months saying that they would refund the $3k and of course never did. They made up some bogus fees, which i have still not seen an invoice for, and kept the money.
RIPPED OFF FOR $3000
"Slow to respond and constantly lie to clients. After I paid them in full and over paid them $3k, they told me they would refund the over payment ASAP. After months of asking about my refund, they made up some extra fees and services to eat up the $3000 I over paid them. No customer appreciation here. One Firm For Life? More like take your money and run! Consumer beware!"
DOESN'T CARE - HIGH FEES
"Consultation was lacking in substance or legal advice. Extraordinary high attorney fees was required for legal representation concerning a questionable matter. Opted not to retain attorney or the firm."
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
"Poor customer service, way too expensive for the services provided. Lost the paperwork I submitted and asked for it numerous times - luckily I emailed and kept everything I sent. My lawyer left the firm and they never even told me. Do NOT waste your time or money with Kramer law firm - they are not worth it."
BEWARE
"I was attracted to the Kramer law firm because of the 10.0 Avvo rating. I had them handle a divorce case, and after eight months nothing was done until my urging. When pressed to work and money running out, they dropped the case."
